I need to know why my log in is so long

Why?  It keeps giving me a message that it can't be found and I can't log in.

    Hi Smoki, I'm able to log into my Webmail account today. If you use a desktop shortcut to get to Webmail, you may need to change the shortcut's URL to point to myemail.cox.net. Are you able to access your Webmail today? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

      I managed to access it this morning (after several failed attempts.)  I will try WiderMouthOpen's url suggestion and see what happens.  I'm at work right now so I can't fool around with my cox account too much.  When I get home I will open this conversation again and see what happens.
