watchtv online not working since jan 22 pc(all browsers) and phone app.

watchtv online not working since jan 22 pc(all browsers) and phone app.    Says, Attempting to Resume... We've run into a problem while streaming, then This Video Cannot Be Played. We've run into a problem while streaming (Error TVAPP-00206).

New England ice storm and sub zero temp possible culprit?

    most channels dont work but some do.  seems like lower channels dont and higher ones do.(kind of)???

      Are you able to test the service again now. At the time, there was an outage in the area that would have affected the Contour App. Let us know if you are still experiencing an issue with your service.
