We do have a team that takes these reports. I recommend reporting via these methods: https://www.cox.com/residential/support/reporting-spam-phishing-and-virus-abuse.html#:~:text=Cox%20Abuse%20can%20only%20take,ISP%20where%20the%20spam%20originated so that our mail team can assists and take action.
