My desk top pc running windows 10 with outlook 2010 takes too long to connect with incoming server

Not sure why this is and cannot seem to find anyone at cox who can help.  The outgoing servers work normally but my incoming server takes forever to finally connect.  What can I do to get it working ...

Hello, does this occur when using our Cox Webmail system on myemail.cox.net? In other words, are you able to send and receive emails on myemail.cox.net without any issues? Does this issue impact any other devices you have that access your Cox emails, aside from Windows 10?
