Modem won’t reset

When I try to reset my modem through my account on the app or on the website, it will not work. Please someone help.

    Does the app or your account respond with "something went wrong" after your attempts to reset?  If you have no connectivity to Cox, you'd get no reset signal.

    You could send an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name and complete address for a rep attempt.  As a last resort, I'd factory reset the modem and try again.

    Why do you need to reset the modem remotely? Is someone not on site to power cycle it?
