Daily Outages

For the past 2 weeks, I have had one or two outages daily. These appear as neighborhood-wode outages, and last about 20 minutes. I’ve confirmed at least one other neighbor is experiencing the same problems, and my equipment works fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem and have any suggestions on the right channel to get this resolved?
