85224 regular service outage

For over a week now I’ve been having regular service interruptions. Some for short stretches some long stretches. Each time your app says there is an outage in my area.  I work from home and dependable internet is key to me keeping my job. Please find a permanent fix. Also, will my bill be prorated for all this down time? I’ve had to find other places to work from. Fix this please.
