getting help
I have been trying for 90 minutes this morning to get service so i can access the internet service I have ordered and purchased. Chatted on line and no luck. Called four different phone numbers I was given and no luck, five days as a customer and things are not looking good. Is this similar to the experience I should expect as a Cox customer?
We received a marketing mailer to our home we just moved into in Phoenix. $55 for 300 MBPS with free professional installation and panoramic wi fi equipment included in the cost. The professional installation I was told would cost $100? I declined the free $100 installation and opted for self install. Waited patiently for the equipment. The emailed order confirmation indicated the Panoramic Wi fi gateway had a charge of $0.00 and was self install shipment. Nothing received, my wife called and was told we would need to go into a store. She went to the store and was told we would get no equipment, use our own modem/router.
Tried on line chat this morning and no luck with any help, was told I ordered on line and would need to call another number. Not open at that number, I was given three different numbers to call by Cox associates and no answer as not open.
Is anyone aware of the best way to actually get the service and equipment purchased. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The chat customer service agent Analucia did offer me the panoramic wi fi that was included in the plan I purchased for an increased cost per month. Didnt take her up on her offer of paying more for what I had already purchased. Help?
