Unable to set up Cox voice remote
When doing voice remote setup, it says to press.Setup button, wait for green light, then press Contour button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the 3-digit code that appears.
However, after pressing Contour button, nothing happens—I never get a 3-digit code to enter.
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

Try rebooting the cable box, simply unplug the power cord for 10 seconds. Also, make sure you have a clear line of sight from the cable box to the remote.
