I turned ont he tv using the cox contour remote and then on click on the blue microphone button and said "Hallmark" - tv came back and said, sorry I did not gret that. I clicked on the microphone button again but nothing happened. When I click on the microphone button, the blue light goes on the remote but nothing on the tv. Now the tv will not shut off using the remote.
Suggestions?
