"Sorry, we're having some trouble"

My TV says "Sorry, we're having some trouble" please tighten your cable connections and restart your tv box.

all the cables are tight and I have reset box multiple times and I keep getting the same message

my internet seems to be working fine

at the bottom of the screen it says "RDK-03036"
