Reboot box
Power outage last night. Took down Cox service. They've fixed their end. I have an Ai6-A (little square flat box, not an actual cable box). It won't come back on. How do I reboot it? Tried calling tech support. I guess they're closed.

What is it...a CableCard? What options are available in your Cox account to troubleshoot it (reboot, reset, etc)? If you rent it from Cox, exchange it. Wouldn't cost nothing.
