Please tighten your cable connections

My family and I have gone through 5 cable boxes and this error pops up on every DVR. Can someone help me?

That usually indicates a signal issue. As the message states, check all connections as far as the coaxial cable is concerned and make sure nothing has come loose. If needed we can set up a service call to have this investigated if still no change.
