Cable is out again on south elm and jinx.For the fourth time in two weeks, and this is getting to be completely ridiculous

Not internet, I fixed that by switching to TMobile 2 months ago, it's the construction crew on south elm street that are cutting the cox line to the neighborhood

I wonder why we, the customers,  can't get all that FABULOUS SERVICE AND SUPPORT WE ALL SEE ON THE COX COMMERCIALS.
