On demand rental and purchase categories are gone

I'm trying to locate new movies for rent and purchase but when I access on demand the entire category for renting or purchasing new movies is gone and I'm not able to rent or purchase either TV shows or movies. I called last weekend and there is a ticket for this problem. Can you tell me the status of this Cox problem?

I was able to locate your ticket and see that it is still open/being worked on. I was able to locate the purchase menu by clicking Movies then scrolling down to the Browse section. From there you can scroll to the right and select 'Buy a Movie'. This will then give a list of all movies that can be purchased. There is also a separate section under Movies labeled 'New and Most Popular' that has movies to rent/buy.
