My remote will not work to reset the volume on my tv or cable box. How do I fix this?
I cannot use the buttons on the front of the cable box either. I don't know how to reset this. Already tried the menus to reset the remote, but
this is not working either. Help

Setup will depend on the type of TV you have. Cox has instructions on their website to program their remotes that will probably include the TV codes you will need. I would probably start there.

Has your remote ever properly worked? You can try programming your remote with a different code.
