MOVIE CHANNELS SUDDENLY CHANGED TO SPANISH LANGUAGE

My movie channels are suddenly in Spanish language.   Before anyone responds, don’t miss the point.  I know that someone at Cox changed the SAP setting on everyone’s TV.  The point is why?

It wasn't! Has happened to me many times in months! Drives me nuts! I have to have CC on at night because the neighbor downstairs does not want to hear it! Keep it on ENGLISH

The Cox service technician that helped me this morning told me everyone’s SAP was changed to Spanish.  Also there are similar comments from others people.

Sounds like SAP was turned on, turn it off, you should be good.

Darkatt,  you are missing the point.  Yes, my SAP was turned to Spanish language. The point is why.  Was it a sick joke by Cox?  Or a blatant attempt to get everyone to speak Spanish?

I checked all my movie channels and no SAP.  Might have been a local issue at your headend.  Most Cox phone reps are morons and not the best source of information.
