MLB Network

For the past week or so, the MLB Network has been having a problem.  Every 3-4 minutes, the video freezes while the audio continues.  The freeze last about 5-6 seconds then catches back up.  This happens on both (Tucson) channels; 305 & 377.  FWIW, the Strike Zone channel on 378 from the same network does not have this problem.  This is on the heels of a 6 month period when the same network had similar problems 3-4 months ago.  No other channels have this problem.
