I have STARZ included in my subscription and why is it I can't access STARZ ENCORE FAMILY? Also, why can't access the new HALLMARK DRAMA? Do I have to subscribe to these 2 channels? Please Advise. Thank you.

I have STARZ included in my subscription and why is it I can't access STARZ ENCORE FAMILY?  Also, why can't access the new HALLMARK DRAMA?  Do I have to subscribe to these 2 channels?
