Not sure if you are asking a question but you can have any level of TV service to access the Peacock app through any tablet, smartphone, or online. The Premium level of Peacock is free for all Cox TV customers for a limited time. Here is the link for further info: www.cox.com/.../peacock-packages-and-description.html .
