how do you stop your cable bill from constantly increasing in price

how do you stop your cable bill from constantly increasing in price. I do not change any of my service yet the price always goes up several times a year.

Cox increased from $29.95 to $39.95, and is now $89.00. Since I have bern with them.  Internet was $10 when I started.  Some CEO is banking on the hard wotk of the users.  Should be investigated for price gouging.  Little or no comparative competition like the phone and electric companies. Coropration Comission should be forced to conduct an audit.
