(Error TVAPP 00206) I keep getting this error message while trying to watch contour on the go channel. How do I correct this ?

Hi Hotsensation_1, are you using the Contour app on a smart device or are you using the web browser www.watchtv.cox.com when you receive this error message? If you are using a web browser, we also recommend clearing your cookies/cache and also trying a different browser. Here is a complete list of our out-of-home channels:
