Daily updates
Within the last few months the daily update does not complete unless the TV connected to the DVR is on. This affects the box in the other room as well even though that TV is on. What has changed?

Swapped out cable boxes with new ones and still have the same issue

The DVR is the host box and needs to be able to get the update. I want to clarify the situation if I may. Are you saying that the TV itself needs to be powered on in order for the box to get the update or are you just saying that the box itself needs to be powered on with the TV off?

my pano update comes in the wee hours with the tv off, i've seen the re-boot if i happen to be up.
