Center ice channels

I cannot watch or record any of the 670-680 channels (center ice NHL hockey package) it keeps saying there is a problem on their end with DVR but it’s been three days of it. Anyone else having the problem?

I have had the same problem since March 31. A tech was here Saturday and wrote a ticket. I got a robocall Monday saying problem fixed but it wasn't. A Tech is coming back today but I doubt they will be able to fix it.  I am very unhappy.

I also tried paying the $29.99 to sign up for the rest of the Center Ice season hoping it might send a reauthorize signal but I wasn't allowed to put it in my cart I suspect because I am already subscribed. This is truly messed up.

A tech is due here in about an hour. Since my previous post Channels 671-679 do not even show up in guide of all channels. It goes from 660 to 680.

Okay, please let us know if you still need assistance once the tech leaves. I want to make sure that your service is working how it is supposed to.

As I suspected, there is nothing the tech can do. He said it is a known issue and is being worked but there is no way to know when it will be fixed. Will be exploring alternative sources of programming.
