can't pair remote
we got a new tv (RCA model RTU4300)
I can't get the contour xr11-rf remote to pair. I have tried thru the contour menu process and also the 'setup' and code route.
also tried the factory reset on the remote as it had previously been paired with a panasonic tv
ideas? thx

Press the A button on the remote and select Remote Setup. Does Contour list RCA as your TV?
