BeIN Connect App - Cox Refuses the Subscription Channels we pay for... Why is this?

I can watch BeIN Sports and the MotoGP races at home, but I travel a lot, and when I use the BeIN Connect App, and log into my Cox account, Cox replies to the BeIN Connect App that my Cox subscription does not include MotoGP...  Why is this???

Hi MotoGP Viewer. I checked their website and don't see a race until November 12. What are you trying to watch on this app? Where exactly do you get this error? We may need to get more information to see what is happening.
