Yahoo not recognizing Cox email address

Wife's worked fine but mine is not recognized on the yahoo website. Was cox able to resolve this for anyone. My email address is the only reason why we continue to use Cox. Otherwise we'd ditch the $300 plus payment.

I sent the email to the address. How long before we can expect a response? My husband has been without emails for almost 2 full days

Once we receive the email we will respond shortly. There is no back log of emails. If he sent an email awhile ago. Please have him check the email was sent to the correct address, Cox.Help@cox.com. Thank you!
