Wrong name on Yahoo email, can't change it

I set up my email info on Yahoo, including the profile where I add my name as I want it to appear on sent  emails. However, in Outlook my emails show up with my first name + street name, in all caps! No way to change it. I've tried on my desktop to re-enter my name and no luck. How in the world is my street name appearing as my last name???
