Wi-Fi/modem stopped working after moving to new shelf

Same exact connections as before I didn’t change anything

Sorry to hear your modem isn't connecting after you moved it. When you checked the connections, did you remove the coax from the modem again to check the pin inside is still straight? (Remove the power before doing this) What about at the wall? I'd also recommend making sure no parts of the coaxial cable are damaged. Please be sure to update us here if you are able to correct the issue but if the modem doesn't sync back up we may need to have someone come out. The pin on both ends of coax don’t look damaged or bent. Would it have messed up something if I disconnected and reconnected coax while power was still on? I did that a couple times

Not unplugging the power when removing the coax usually isn't an issue, but it's good practice. I've seen things happen. A factory reset likely won't restore connectivity between the modem and our network. Do you have another coaxial cable you can try?

Are you sure? Blinking amber means offline, but blinking white means a provisioning problem according to here.
