Why is the internet alway going out without any fixes or updates.

Why is the internet always goes out with no fixes or “sorry for delay” this company is weird because it still charges you full price monthly, but does not fixed their internet problems. Google fiber with give you credit for the internet going out and discounts the next pay period. This company internet goes out 3 times a week and only thing I get “sorry, we are working on the issue”

Absolutely terrible internet service. Every other day there is an issue COX is absolutely terrible. If I could I would go to Verizon for the amount of money I pay I should have ZERO. Problems yet there are…and no refunds or anything. FIX YOUR ISSUES!!

For me it always goes out on Sunday or a holiday when no one wants to get out and fix the problem. I think they want to to spend the big $$$ for cable tv. Well I can’t afford it on a fixed income!

Couldn't agree more. Internet is straight up garbage constantly. "We understand the frustration, but we'll be vague about it all the time and won't give estimated times."

I have been having this same problem! Cuts out everyday around the same time. They are charging me full price plus sometimes extra for using too much "data". It would be nice if the service actually worked.

This is becoming a daily occurrence. Unexpected outage that the ETA to fix is after several hours!!  I work from home and this is affecting my job.  I'm so sick of the crappy service and high cost we have to pay for it!
