Why do I even pay for a service that doesn't work?

I have time off from work and all I want to do is use the Internet to enjoy my time away from work. The constant outages are extremely frustrating. I have proof as well. Living metropolitan area of Phoenix AZ Cox is the only high speed ISP. I would have switched years ago if they did not have a monopoly on fiber optic. This company is garbage and if you guys ever get competition it will be the day you 100 percent of your customers.

I ditto this post. Last Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and now again in the middle of the Super Bowl there’s an outtage. I got a whopping $25 credit. It’s been down more nights the past week than it’s been active. This is ridiculous! I’m looking at options and will change as soon as I can. How can you have so many network issues? FIX IT!

My internet has gone out everyday this week from 6:15pm on … every evening!! No information as to why this keeps happening and when I try to chat with Oliver the robot he tells me I can’t be connected to a live agent because they can’t help me. And now during the Super Bowl it happens again! This is beyond ridiculous and so frustrating! It’s affecting my work and for the money I pay - this is not worth it!
