Why am I getting charge 100$ more on my bill
Hi good morning
I look at my cox statement for this upcoming bill scheduled on sept 23
And I noticed the bill is for $154 dollars
when I signed up to join your WiFi plan no one mention a one time payment Of 100 dollars
its really weird because in my last bill i did not have to pay that
I submitted my payment of 51.24
but I will not be paying the $100 dollar one time credit fee
can I get help with this situation
