WHEN WILL THEY FIX MY CONNECTION?!

Its been WELL OVER a month since I've started having "network issues" and EVERY SINGLE DAY I receive the SAME EXACT MESSAGE

"UPDATE: We're sorry this complex network issue is taking longer than expected to resolve. Rest assured, a dedicated team is actively working to restore consistent service. We apologize again for the inconvenience and will continue to provide daily text updates."

I use my home internet for my work and EVERY SINGLE DAY It goes out and comes back like at LEAST 8 times a day... Ive reached out.. But no one responds... And it's HELL trying to even get ahold of anyone. You get sent in all these goddamn loops! This is NOT how to run a business! This internet issue NEEDS To be fixed! ASAP I CAN'T keep having my business work suffer because people don't know how to do their jobs or.. The company just doesn't care about the outage! I've NOT seen 1 cox vehicle in my area AT ALL since this bs began! This is a problem! A BIG ONE! especially since I'm NOT the only one being affected by it clearly as the message they send every day specifies that I'm NOT the only one! To boot.... Im PAYING for a service that isn't working... And do you think they're compensating us customers for this issue? No! Or course they're not! I wonder if there's a way to light a fire under their asses! Maybe I should go talk to a lawyer or something.. All I know is... This is beyond frustrating especially when my work is involved. My damn printer won't even stay connected because of this issue. And it takes me an hour or so for my network to even connect to and recognize the printer most days... This is a daily task I have to do (re-connect my printer) because of the outage issues! It's infuriating! Can anyone help? Or give suggestions on where to go from here?

I’ve been dealing with the same thing for the last three days. Cox may be the biggest but there not the best. The customer service is horrible putting new service appointments over long term customers that are paying top dollar. Especially when the issue is with there equipment or connections. This is on cox and there lack of support will cost them money and customers. There are other options and cox is about to lose another customer. Take note cox! Look up my case number under McKaye.
