Webmail - new websuite is horrible

New webmail suite is horrible. If there was another cable company servicing the area it would be a deal breaker. Times out too often and unreliable. You can mark things as spam but it doesn't learn. Home - using Chrome in WIn10. Easier to just use my android since nothing I do on the PC ever makes a difference.  Note for your VPs - just because you can say cloud-based doesn't make it good.

Cox is working on their email system. I was able to login yesterday but there was a notification in red that said they were working on it. Same thing tonight but this time got a popup saying the system was either down or there was a network problem. Cox must have run into serious issues.

i can't believe that 1.5 years after they foisted this not ready for prime time project on me, the complaints....and mod responses.....are still the same. 

and now i have a new problem i can't find mentioned, so i guess i'll have to call & waste my evening.
