Webmail isn't working

Question

So I'm told I dont have Internet when I do... otherwise how would I be typing this? I just want to check my email to get my tumblr account password fixed, and I can't do that because I'm appearently not a customer of yours. This may actually cause me to loose content on another site, so I would appreciate a fix as soon as possible.
