Urgent: Frequent Service Outages and Request for Resolution

Dear Cox Support Team,

I’ve been a loyal customer for five years and have always been satisfied with your service. However, over the past few weeks, I’ve experienced frequent outages, with service disruptions occurring every other day or more. This is causing significant inconvenience and impacting my ability to rely on your service.

Could you please provide an explanation for these ongoing issues and share what steps are being taken to resolve them? Additionally, given that we pay for consistent, round-the-clock service, I believe it’s reasonable to request compensation or automatic discounts for these extended periods of downtime.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt response with a solution or timeline for resolution.

We value your 5 years of loyalty and apologize for the impacts you have experienced. I would be upset too if I were going through this experience.
