Upload speed is being capped at 10mb/s??

I am paying $150 a month for 500mb down and now I'm stuck with 10mb/s upload? What nonsense is this? At a minimum it should be 35mb/s upload (should be more like 100mb/s personally). Stop treating your customers like ** Cox. $50 a month for unlimited is already too much and 1TB is not a high enough cap without it...and now you are gouging upload speeds too.

I want someone to fix this on my account. Tired of having to call, much easier with webcases, chats, or forums vs talking on the phone..

Sure seems like it is.  I’m in IT and do a lot of data conversion which requires a lot of upload bandwidth.  I have Premier I think and have noticed now that I have to work out of the house that my uploads are really slow compared to downloads.

Speed tests are also showing an upload cap of 10 Mbps.  Download is 229 Mbps.

Premier has been capped at 10 Mbps upload for years and has never been higher than that. It is a grandfathered tier and likely won't see any significant speed increases in the future.

300/30 is you best bet because gigablast isn't much more, if any increase in up speeds.

The only tiers that offer upload speeds above 10 Mbps are Ultimate Classic (300/30) and Gigablast (940/35). The new Ultimate tier has a faster download speed (500) but slower upload speed (10). If you want a higher upload speed, you will have to call and plead your case to be switched to Ultimate Classic or bite the bullet and upgrade to Gigablast.
