Unblock a device

I accidentally blocked my security cameras when I got a new router. How do I unblock and have Cox internet recognize device?

Don't have a gateway to test with, but try logging into the gateway at 192.168.0.1 > user:admin password:password > Parental Control > Managed Devices. Click on the X to the right of the blocked device to unblock it. From this thread. Probably a way with the app too but can't find instructions for that.

I have no idea how to find how to log into my gateway as the technician set up my router for me.   Been searching for two hours to figure out how to reconnect my blocked devices app and internet with no luck.

Oops. I looked underneath router and found log in and password.   Trying now....

Am not sure what the user name and password is to log into the gateway as all the user names and passwords I’ve tried have failed.

You should be using the Cox Panoramic app if you are using a Cox Pano modem. Inside the app you can unblock devices.

I have the Cox Panoramic app but unable to find where in the app to unblock what I accidentally blocked.
