I have two email senders that your system constantly puts in the Spam folder, no matter how many times I mark them as NOT Spam. How can I stop this?

Nothing works. I finally decided to send 100% of all incoming emails to my Inbox. No more Spam. Folder. I now have to spend time deleting the junk from the Inbox, but I don't have to wonder if valid emails are going to Spam.

I know how important it is for you to receive important emails and not have to look through spam in your inbox. What you need to do is forward the messages that are going to spam to: unblock.requests@cox.net . That will make sure that our system does not flag these messages as spam. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
