Slow internet

My internet is really slow as of Saturday. Download speeds 27 and upload 10. I’ve been on hold for the last 30

mins and haven’t been able to connect with anyone.  I’ve been through all of the trouble shooting with their chat bot. I think in 2025 everyone knows to power down their equipment for 30 seconds.

Hi darmijo78,

I am sorry to learn of your service loss.  We want the services to be there for you when you need them.  May I ask if the speeds you are receiving are via Wi-Fi or hardwired.  If by chance those are wireless speeds, try bypassing your router and perform a hard-wired speed test to rule out any issues with the router.
