Setup page of the CGM4141COX

Anybody know how to access the Setup page of the CGM4141COX.  As far as I know the installer only changed my network name and password to the one we had before.

I have not been able to access the router setup  page ? I've tried several common user and passwords like  admin/password  user/user  blank/blank   admin and the password from the bottom sticker ect.  Kind of stumped and haven't found much of a manual beyond (plug it in and wait to see if it works )

Kinda really don't want to factory reset and wind up in tech support merry go round for hours.
