I successfully setup Outlook to receive Cox email (through Yahoo) using the instructions I found in another forum. I also wanted to be able to continue using the Android App on my phone to receive Cox email and not have to use the Yahoo mail app, as it is full of Ads. The Android App didn't work anymore after the Cox email transition to Yahoo. I followed the same instructions as I did for Outlook:
It didn't work. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Email cox help????
So my email doesn't work and your telling me to email to fix it but I can't email.
That's like when my internet was down but cox said it wasn't then they told me to use the online chat. I would if I could but my internet connection is literally down, meaning a truck ripped the wire off the house and it's laying in the street.
cox, they live up to their name.
