Service sucks

Cox service sucks internet been up and down all last week and before and no one seems to care they schedule service times when you tell them you can’t they like we doing that for escalations service report that way they call you and also told us we canceled service well when it doesn’t work it doesn’t work my whole internet is down more down then up they send tech don’t know anything I’m 16 years invested I’m about done I don’t need to email anyone
