Pods 2.0

No the SSID is good. And not trying to replace the old pods. 

Try installing a pod in the same room as the router. Maybe it's a range thing.

Have tried it. Tech support said it was a area network issue. but my internet is fine. 

Set it up in the same room, ensure a line of sight between the pod and the pano modem. Ensure the pano modem isn't behind anything, or underneath anything, out in the open, and like I said, clear line of sight from the pano modem to the pod. then try to set it up.
