Phishing email.
I got two suspicious emails from Cox that didn't sit well with me.I called Cox and spoke with a lady who told me to send the emails to phishingreport site at Cox. So far Cox has not provided a response to my email. I'm paying $314/month to Cox and I want an answer.

You won't get a response sending the email there. I'd be happy to help. Please send the email to: cox.help@cox.com and be sure to add your name and address along with a note explaining that this is regarding possible phishing email.
