Parental Controls Problem

I was able to turn on and use Parental Controls through the Cox Wifi App for several months. 

Last week we had an Internet outage for about 18 hours. When the connection was back, I've noticed that devices for which Parental Controls were on can now access a very small number of sites (compared to the pre-outage situation). We can access Google search and wikipedia, but none of the public schools or college web sites, which are very important for the teenager,  Enabling access to the public school web site now requires disabling parental controls!

Turning off and on the parental controls or resetting model didn't help. Do you have any suggestions?
