Outages

It’s almost daily at random times, my internet goes out for about 10-15 minutes. I pay to have internet at all times. I understand issues like weather but when it’s a clear day no storms whatsoever ever. I expect it to work. lol it goes out while in the middle lf a game…it’s annoying. Yall need to figure this out. Idk if it’s your service or the fact that I was given a used modem/router (that had stains on it, thats how I knew). Do better. I’m super unsatisfied with the company.

Same. I’m always losing connection somehow. I’ve troubleshoot the modem so many times smh.

Same. I just posted about this too. Got a replacement modem/router and new cables. Customer support sees it disconnect and then tells me its working fine on their end. Dont worry though, they will send a technician out to tell you the same thing and tell you another tier is needed. And itll be a couple months until resolved if it does get resolved.
