no shipping info for modem

Bought service a couple weeks ago and still haven’t received the modem install kit. apartment was equipped with a modem but would not work with the wall plug. after getting the service with a new modem, found another plug that worked and was able to connect. dont know if i should still be receiving a modem as on the app the information is on there. also got a email saying that the order was complete. this is really confusing.

What speed do you pay for? That will dictate which gateway you get. If Gigabit it should be the Technicolor CGM4331. If you have your own modem and router and it's working I would contact Cox to cancel the order to save you the monthly charge(unless incorporated into your contract).
