I signed up March 30 for gigablast internet online with self activation. So how long does it usually take to recieve modem shipped using UPS?

it took about 2 days for handling and 1 day for to get package from ups. depends how far they ship from can be up to 10days. check your email or https://www.cox.com/residential-shop/check-order-status.cox

Thanks. Still says processing and no email yet with tracking confirmation so maybe it's this virus slowing things down.

I'd also suspect the virus.  Is this modem also for phone service?  If so, try to schedule an appointment now for a tech to reconfigure your demarc.  If you've already been using VoIP, ignore.
