Network outage 7 days in a row
Experiencing internet outages due to “network issues in my area” 7 days in a row. Cox technical support can’t give me straight answer as to what is happening. Worst service Ive ever had.

Ask for a voucher or a refund if you paid for this or past month since you didn’t use your service YOU paid for so it would be great to ask for a refund and switch
